You texted her. She didn’t reply. You called her. She didn’t pick up that, too. You texted her, again. She retorted, “Do not bother, I’m busy.”
You think about what went wrong. How did it come down to this? This, where she can’t stand you for even a single message??
You gasp for breath, pace hurriedly from one room to another, from one floor to other. You try to distract yourself -by reading a novel, watching TV, playing a video game, browsing the internet – almost all those activities which always hooked you up. But not today. Today, you can only think about her. Ponder over her. Recollect the moment shared with her. Contemplate a world with her. Deliberate a world without her. And meditate -nothing but her.
She says you’re irrational. You make decisions from the heart. So? Can anybody love from his mind and not heart.? Can anybody remain rational in love? Actually, it’s not about you. It’s about her. The problem is with her. “We accept the love we think we deserve”, I heard it in a movie.
She thinks she deserves more.
But she doesn’t. That’s it. Period.
